Returnships are paid internships for women returning to the workforce and they are increasing in popularity as companies recognize that training and reintegration is a vital step in attracting and retaining women talent.
Typically they include training, mentoring and networking opportunities, in addition to weeks of actual work and responsibility. Most good returnship programs have headcount to hire people full time at the end of the program.

Credit Path is a talent development program for finance professionals who have taken an extended break from their careers with the goal of supporting their transition back to the workforce.
