We have gathered a list of some of our favorite returnship programs, otherwise known as internships for people returning to work after a career break and largely geared toward women who have taken breaks for caregiving. While financial firms lead the path to returnships (Returnship is a trademarked term by Goldman Sachs), over the past few years returnships have been emerging in the marketplace across industries to include tech and media.

Companies are finding this is a way to attract talented candidates, train and retain them. Most returnship programs demand you have at least a two-year break from working. Find out more about what to expect in a returnship in our Returnship 101 webinar.

Discover returnships to apply to now on the Après job board (we fast track your resume to hiring managers). Additionally we’ve collected a list of companies offering returnships — more than 21 at this point, hooray!
