ABOUT YOUR TURN
More than 15 million women working with children under the age of 18 in the United States find themselves smack in the “Messy Middle,” when career, caregiving, and parenthood collide — and confusion, opportunities, and decisions shift into high gear. It’s a universal challenge, a midlife career crisis even for today’s modern working women.
Your Turn was born out of our passion for helping women navigate this challenge through Après, the career site we launched in 2016 for women returning to or pivoting in the workforce.
