We ask every mom that we interview to tell us her sanity vice — something she does for herself to feel good or stay motivated while she’s out there making it all happen. Now we want to know: What is YOUR sanity vice?
Tell us in the comments below. We’ll randomly select a winner and send a gift card for a sweet treat!
Need inspiration? Check out some of these favorites from our Spotlight on Flexibility series. Overall, chocolate, wine, and dance parties with kids (too cute) are very popular vices!
Stephanie Elam, CNN: Laughing – I can do it no matter what time it is or how long I’ve been working
Melissa Sher, Mammalingo: I think answering this might imply that I am sane, and I don’t know if that’s true. I do drink a disgusting amount of coffee on some days. If Starbucks offered college scholarships of some sort, my kids would be shoo-ins.
Pamela Ryckman, Stiletto Network: Sauvignon blanc
Amy Heinz, Using Our Words: Wine & family dance parties (not necessarily together).
Miriam Mark, Farmigo: Daily Cappuccino Blast from Baskin Robbins (I am addicted to all its unhealthy glory) and I try to swim every day (I am not always successful at that)
Kristin Kranias, Hipit: Chocolate : )
