Position: Enrollment Coach

I am Meg Tuohey from Making Relationships Work, and we save marriages, specifically neurodivergent ones. But more than that, we transform women’s lives by changing the relationship she holds with herself, her husband, and her children. We work with women alone, taking them from feeling stuck, lonely and disconnected, into thriving, connected, and on purpose. We literally see the trajectory of her entire family change in real time, impacting generations to follow.

You MUST BE COACHABLE, which means being ready to receive and implement ongoing coaching and feedback.

You must have sky-high integrity. Our client’s success and our brand depend on it.

You must be willing and able to get to the truth on your sessions without softening the reality of the situation. And do this multiple times a day.

This is a lucrative, commission-only position. If that does not work for you, please don’t apply. We do not pay hourly or for training.

This position provides you with non-stop warm leads (no cold calling) to women who are ready and wanting to change their lives.

We provide world-class training as well as consistent, ongoing coaching and support. You might be working from home, but you WILL NOT be alone!

That being said, we also expect you to be resourceful and display wisdom, maturity, and independence.

You may need to do self-development/self-care work between calls (part of the training) so you can serve and be fully present on your next call. If you feel you are too sensitive, easily impacted by others’ pain, or unable to go into deep water in these conversations, this is not a fit.

You will earn at the level of your own capability, which will mean more as you grow.

This is a role for people who are inspired to show up as someone’s advocate EVERY DAY.
