This is a highly visible role that will interface with all levels of the organization, including the senior leadership team, and C-suite level executives both internally and externally. Bachelor’s degree with at least five (5) years serving as an assistant to a C-Suite executive or global leader in a corporate or professional services environment. Additional years of corporate or professional services executive-level administrative support acceptable in lieu of degree.

This is a great full-time position, allowing for flexibility at 32 hours a week.
If you have an HR Generalist background or a focus in Employee Relations, we’d like to hear from you! Formal training facilitation experience not required. Content will be provided along with coaching on delivery. You must be able to engage an audience and be comfortable with the content.

Programs will be run at various locations throughout the South Coast region and Rhode Island.
