EF High School Exchange Year, the leader in cultural exchange programs, is seeking internationally minded individuals to join a large network of International Exchange Coordinators (IECs) all across the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Have a passion for exchange and cultural awareness?

As an International Exchange Coordinator (IEC), you are the heart of the organization, facilitating amazing cultural experiences for both host families and international students by networking with families and schools and mentoring students throughout their exchange experience.

Our students come from 14 different countries and are between the ages of 15-18 years old. All of our students are thoroughly screened in their home countries by our offices abroad, and are held to a high standard of maturity and academic achievement.

REQUIREMENTS

ABOUT YOU:

– You have excellent people and communication skills

– You aren’t afraid to ask questions and approach challenges with an objective attitude

– You are resourceful, proactive and open to trying different strategies to find host families

– You are a self-starter who can work independently and part of a team

– You are flexible and understand the importance of urgency

– You are not afraid of rejection and overcoming obstacles is second-nature

This role is a 1099 contractor position and is flexible, part-time, and offers supplemental income and travel incentives.
