It’s a tough question being put to hundreds of Google employees in a class meant to help calm the mind, become self aware, and be successful in a high-pressure work environment. The class — called S.I.Y. for “Search Inside Yourself,” is, of course, the brain child of a Googler, as the NYT reports in this great article: O.K., Google, Take a Deep Breath
Not a Googler? Can’t take the class? Lucky for the rest of us, the course inventor has written a book: “Search Inside Yourself: The Unexpected Path to Achieving Success, Happiness (and World Peace)”
