Give the wide-ranging responsibilities of this role, the ideal Business Finance Manager likely has at least ten years of business experience under their belt.

The team at TGA blends together “type A” personalities with irreverent fun and an often colorful sense of humor. The Business Manager needs a strong, yet warm personality, a velvet glove if you would, to help keep all team members fully adherent to the business processes required to successfully run the company.

The person needs to be able and enjoy juggling a myriad of disparate and pressing action items with aplomb. Hence, the Business Finance Manager must be extremely well-organized and detailed oriented. The person must instinctively always be asking “why”.

In addition, the Business Finance Manager needs to be a highly effective communicator on the telephone and in emails and be comfortable speaking with team members, vendors, and clients. Above all else, the Business Manager needs a positive, upbeat, pleasant, and can-do attitude.
