WHERE ARE YOU IN YOUR WORKING MOM JOURNEY?
When I was 18, I completed a high ropes course with my high school class. It was the first time that I had experienced transformation within a group and I remember thinking to myself that this was the work I wanted to do with people when I got older. I completed my Masters in Organizational Development and in 2002 I created On Your Path Consulting. Now I get to support individuals who are in transition and want to make long lasting, positive change in their lives.
TELL US ABOUT A SUCCESS STORY
I have had my own business since 2002 and did my first website in 2007. It served its purpose for many years but I knew it was time to completely shake it up and do something new. I work with people all day long to help them make change but when it comes to myself, I feel the resistance and need an extra push. It finally created a new site and it went live last week and I love it!!!

Just because someone asks you to do a project or job does not mean you need to say yes.
Know and trust that you have a special set of superpowers! OWN them, share them and talk about them with as many people as you can. You will become a magnet for opportunities that use you in the highest way.
