|Flexible Work Programs||
AppNexus is very supportive of providing employees flexible working policies. We have a number of working parents, including dual working parents, with leaders who are open to working with employees to create flexible and part-time work arrangements to help AppNexians meet both work and personal obligations. We do not have a “facetime” culture and utilize tools like video conferencing and our office messaging tool, Slack, to make working from home productive and easy.

Employees are eligible for paid time off (PTO), which is accrued monthly, and are also given unlimited sick days throughout the year. In addition, AppNexus provides two global weeks off where the office is completely closed the week of July 4th and the week between Christmas and New Years.

AppNexus rewards and acknowledges AppNexians who have completed a minimum of five years of employment with AppNexus. Through our Sabbatical Plan, AppNexians are eligible to take sabbaticals of up to three consecutive weeks combined with a maximum of five vacation days for a total of four consecutive weeks of fully paid time off.
