Let us help you discover what it is YOUR TURN to do! Whether you’re seeking something more meaningful, more flexible, more lucrative, or just something different, this coaching package is for you. You’ll work one on one over three individual sessions with our team of experts.
How it works:
+ Upon sign up, we’ll send a form to have you tell us a bit about yourself plus book an initial guided session with career coach and expert Stacey Delo. In this time, we will get an understanding of your experience, skills and interests, what is driving the desire for change, and begin to discuss what’s next. We’ll also assess how best to focus your time with our coaches in the next two sessions. (75 minutes)
+ Next, with your input, we will tailor the remaining time to together include a mix of the following: discovery of new opportunities, focusing of pursuits and positioning, LinkedIn alignment toward new goals, and a plan to project manage your search and networking. We’ll match with someone on our team who’s best suited to get you there. (Two one-hour sessions.)

- A clear understanding of your goals and a solid elevator pitch to share with your network.
- An action plan and Your Turn packet to keep you organized.
- Most importantly, CONFIDENCE. Revel in renewed confidence in your experience, skills and understanding that it is Your Turn!
