Professional Re-Entry Program – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Marketing Coordinator-Chicago

The Senior Business Analyst leads the requirements gathering process and works as a liaison in order to understand the business issues and challenges of our customers.  The Senior Business Analyst works closely with product owners, designers, web developers, engineers, scrum masters and quality assurance teams to understand, analyze, and document requirements and deliver functional specifications for project delivery.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the requirements gathering process
  • Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of our customers quickly organize solutions to resolve those pain points
  • Translate business needs to system solutions
  • Recommend new features or improvements to features that return value to our customers
  • Ensure business, functional, and technical requirements are captured, organized. Incorporating feedback from customers, end users or key stakeholders, to continually increase value for our customers
  • Dynamically facilitate working sessions as well as stakeholder interviews, focus groups and a/b testing
  • Identify functional gaps and provide solutions
  • Author user stories and define acceptance criteria
  • Create user scenarios, process flow diagrams, and wireframes
  • Collaborate with multiple team members to ensure a standard level of requirement understanding
REQUIREMENTS
  • Developing and writing user stories that directly support the primary objective of the project and are appropriate size for iterative development.
  • Active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions (5+ years experience)
  • Requirement documentation and detail analysis
  • Rally, JIRA or any other advanced tool for Agile teams
  • Participating in meetings regarding requirement specification
  • Identifying business needs, requirements, constraints and business problems of current systems along with the stakeholders
  • Consistently meeting with business customers to receive business requirements
  • Effectively communicating to all stakeholders to solidify needs and identifying issues in a timely manner
  • Writing and maintains defects and user stories and reviewing them with stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in Business Analyst roles/Scrum Master roles: A minimum of 5 years
  • 3+ years working in agile environments. SCM is a big plus
  • Identify major stakeholders and requirement sources
  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience (great plus)
  • Experience with offshore delivery model
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Professional Re-Entry Program – Healthcare Revenue Cycle/Life Science Senior Consultant — Chicago

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Consultant part of Navigant’s 16-week paid professional re-entry program, you will have significant responsibility for client management, solution implementation, and generation of project results. You will work with either Healthcare Revenue Cycle or Life Science practice clients to ensure engagement success and support the continued growth of both supporting staff and internal Navigant methodology.

REQUIREMENTS
  •  BS or BA degree in Business, Healthcare or Science related field required, MBA or PhD preferred
  • Qualified candidates must have Five plus years of Life Sciences/Pharma/Biotech/Med Device experience OR Two – Four years of core Revenue Cycle experience
  • Minimum of Two – Four (2-4) years of Consulting experience
  • Ability to be proactive, self-directed and take initiative
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proven track record of working efficiently under pressure, setting priorities and using good judgment
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions
  • Understands and anticipates the client’s needs and initiates action where appropriate
  • Aptitude for navigating ambiguity and managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills; ability to persuade and influence the actions of others
  • Demonstrates initiative in taking on tasks and volunteers to lead project-specific endeavors
