Jennifer McClanahan-Flint wants to live in a world where working moms can thrive in their careers and still feel like great moms. She helps women build careers that have the autonomy and financial rewards to do just that.

As a Family & Career Strategist she has worked with clients from Citibank, Skadden, Morgan Lewis, Akin Gump, Facebook, Foley & Lardner, USC, the Bar Association of San Francisco and Bloomberg Philanthropies to name a few.

She works with high-achieving professional working women who are transitioning into leadership roles either in their current organization or when looking for new opportunities. She has created resources to address the needs of working professional moms when they are at their most vulnerable – transitioning into leadership positions in their careers while simultaneously transitioning into motherhood.

Jennifer worked as a law firm administrator and human resource professional for more than 15 years. Her work in investment banking recruiting and law firm management required that she coach, encourage, discipline and direct people through their careers. She is also a working mom.

After her success in the corporate world, she shifted her focus to provide a deeper level of service to high-achieving professional working mothers who are determined to ascend in their careers while remaining deeply connected to their families.
She has developed the Leverage to Lead Mastermind Program and Strategy Sessions to meet working women wherever they find themselves. Her programs include curriculum-based training with handouts, mentoring and reach-out calls when you need immediate support.
