Stephanie M. Cabrera Esenwa is the founder of Sesenwa, LLC, inspiring women towards happiness in their professional careers. She provides both individual coaching and group sessions in live and virtual environments. Stephanie knows the unique challenges faced by women. In her personal search for work-life balance, she has overcome obstacles like the “bad” boss, economic changes, the quarter-life and health crises, and the “wrong” turn. She successfully transitioned through both the corporate and nonprofit sector, having practiced commercial real estate law before shifting to social justice non-profit work, higher education administration and professional development. She is a skilled facilitator with over a decade of experience presenting to diverse audiences around the country. Stephanie is a Certified Career Coach, with expertise in the GetFive Job-Search and Career Management Methodology. She is a member of the GetFive Guild of Coaches and a coach with The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement Mujeres de HACE program for senior Latina professionals. She earned a B.A. in Sociology from Yale College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is blessed to be a wife and mother, living with her husband and two children.
