Lynn Weitzman is a career coach and organizational development specialist.  Lynn works with mid-career professionals looking to re-enter the workforce, specifically the nonprofit sector. Lynn has over 15 years experience in talent development and organizational management with the  NYC Office of the Mayor, New York State Psychiatric Institute, New York University, Columbia University, and New York State Governor’s Office. Throughout the twists and turns of Lynn’s career, she relied on a close network of colleagues and mentors to help her navigate the challenges and choices so many women face as they are raising a family and cultivating a career.  She is now energized by “paying it forward”, working with women to help them find their voices and rediscover their professional self.

Lynn received her B.A. in Philosophy of Politics and Law from Binghamton University and her Masters in Public Administration from the Robert F Wagner School of Public Service at NYU. She is certified in Myers Brigg Personality Assessment (MBTI) and 360 Assessment (Center for Creative Leadership). She received her certificate in executive coaching from CoachU.
