We are thrilled to announce that, effective today, Après and Silicon Valley-based Maybrooks are officially joining forces, doubling down on our mission to connect women returning to or transitioning within the workforce with companies seeking talent and diversity. The joint team will operate as Après, with Jennifer Gefsky as Co-Founder and CEO and Stacey Delo, Founder of Maybrooks, as Chief Content Officer.

Après and Maybrooks have always shared common goals — to help women find work that works for them; to support companies working to increase gender diversity, and to strive toward gender equality in the workforce.  Now, by working together, we have the opportunity to realize this vision sooner and achieve an even greater impact.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be incorporating Maybrooks content into Après, bringing you access to additional resources to navigate your career transitions — from maternity leave through those returning to the workforce — and be inspired by amazing women making it all happen along the working woman journey. Stacey’s focus at Maybrooks has been on companies offering family friendly environments and we’re excited to build on that together.

We are so incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished at Après. In less than one year since our launch, we have over 30,000 members and 100 corporate partners, ranging from large corporations to tech startups to not-for-profits. Partners include Facebook, Etsy, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, AT&T, HubSpot, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and PepsiCo, to name just a few. And, we’re just getting started.

Since its launch in May 2016, Après has become the fastest growing digital network for women returning to the workforce and, with the help of Maybrooks’ resources, we expect to continue to grow faster than ever and offer even more opportunities to all of you.
